Just wanted to say thank you all for your continued excellent work before any more time went by. Everyone treated me as if I were their only client and I am quite aware that was not the case. My computer and the clasp 32 program are working very well. I do experience the common errors that occur occasionally but that I can deal with. The major evil twin is gone and my SCIO life is much less complicated.
Good luck to you all as you begin the iNDIGO journey. I hope to someday join that team especially when all the bugs are worked out.

I just wanted to tell you what great arcticles you have in the news letter on computer and notebook care. Particularly the dos and don't and about the power cords and surge protection. I was listening to a webinar...the other night...he was saying some or a lot of what you did in your arcticles. Nice to here and then get in print. Infact, I forwarded the tips onto some family members. I'm sure they will appreciate them as well...Thank you for all your hard work and all you do. Also, what a beautiful photo of your family! I look forward to the next news letter.

He had to come into my home to hook up a router and put my laptop online so I can get upgrades, and he was absolutely impressed with the laptop and how it flew! He actually builds PC's and laptops, so he knew what he was talking about. He actually wanted to buy one, and of course I went into my sales shpeel...........

It is such a blessing to know I can call anytime and get the professional help I need from the three of you with my system! I admire you three for your patience with and your love of computers and technology! I hope you realize you are a most important backbone of the Quantum Alliance company. Without the three of you, there would not be a sense of professionalism and integrity as far as support goes at the company! I truly appreciate your expertise….and I’m hoping and praying for a ‘raise’ or some other blessing to come each of your ways…because I believe you deserve it!!!!

I would like to comment to anyone who is in the process of
buying an EPFX/USB to give considerable thought to the computer you
will be using. When I bought my EPFX I was not aware of Quantum
When I unpacked my new EPFX/USB and loaded the software on my
(brand new) computer, I had nothing but difficulties with the
program freezing up, shutting down, etc. I bought my computer
directly through HP. It had all of the correct specifications
needed for the EPFX/USB. After notifying HP that I was having
problems with the computer that they said would work with the
device, they told me I really should have gotten a different model
with a different version of Windows. Unfortunately, I ordered a
second new computer to replace the first one----again from HP.
Don't get me wrong, HP makes a great computer, but the technicians
that I spoke with were not familiar with the software that I would
be using on the laptop, and it took 2 purchases to get me up and
running. Unfortunately spending money on 2 new laptops.
After installing the software on the second laptop, I was still
having problems with the computer freezing and/or the program
shutting down during treatments on clients. I was at wits end.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ron Verhaeghe at a training in
Midland, MI. This was after owning my machine for about 4 months
and encountering numerous problems with the software (loaded on 2
new computers). Graciously, Ron took a look at my computer, within
minutes saw the problem and reloaded the program correctly. Thanks
to Ron's knowledge and ability I finally have the program installed
correctly and I no longer have problems when I am doing biofeedback
therapy on clients. The end result is less frustration and
embarrassment for me (since the program is running smoothly) and
more satisfied clients.
Ron's knowledge about computers and software has not only helped
instill confidence in my use of my EPFX/SCIO, but has helped me
acquire extremely satisfied clients.
I wish I would have known about Quantum Computers, LLC. I certainly
would have purchased my computer from QC. I would not have had to
spend money on 2 computers, the software would have been loaded
properly, and from what I have experienced with Ron, I would have
had the best tech support one would ever want!!!!!

Three recent experiences with Quantum Computers:
1. Assisting a student while in Intermediate/Advanced class was a breeze with Jon's help. This individual had called several different people with a database problem and came to class frustrated. I told her we would get an answer and crossed my fingers and called your number....Jon was able to assess the problem and fix it within 10 minutes much to the delight of the student.
2. I had the opportunity to unpackage a Quantum Computer for a new owner who was afraid to touch anything. I was quite surprised to see how organized and clear everything was. Even down to having the USB port marked "EPFX" making it seamless for a new owner to understand and get started.
3. My favorite laptop crashed and I needed one in a hurry - Stefanie and Fernando were wonderful in answering questions and providing information to help me make a quick decision on the model and components that would meet my needs. The computer was shipped fast and was easy for me to see what to do as soon as I opened the box - what a relief in the middle of lost data and productivity. Follow-up questions were answered immediately. I am truly impressed with the quality of your staff. Jon was also involved near the end of the process, able to read notes you all keep somewhere and knew immediately about the open issue I had. His clear instruction has me confident I can do the last step myself easily. Great experience!
