Remote Assistance: Remote assistance begins with a technician either on the telephone or in email. when the technician gives you his technician number and a password, you can then begin: 1) CLICK HERE to begin downloading TeamViewer. 2) A window will appear asking you to RUN or SAVE the program. Click on RUN. 3) A Security Warning will appear...Click on RUN 4) A window will appear with "Your ID" and "Password" which we will need to connect to your computer . 5) Click "Yes" on the message to allow us to remote into your computer. 6) Take your hands off the mouse or touchpad and the technician will soon begin to operate your computer.
