Sometimes the quickest way to do that is by using a Remote Internet Connection (as long as your computer can connect to the internet). We use our special Remote Help software that helps us make that secure connection. This technology was expensive to develop and still has regular costs to maintain so we do have to charge to make the connection. We have taken on the expense to make your technical issues easier to diagnose and usually we can repair the issue right on the spot unless the problem is hardware related or too far along in the software so that it needs reformatting. Sometimes the connection fee is all that is required, and other times a Software Tune-up may be required. Maybe the diagnosis will require that you send your computer in for repair. Usually the Remote Connection allows us to confirm a suspected problem with much less frustration and expense for you.
