We choose models that we believe to be a cut above the rest. Keep in mind these are not our custom built "Gaming" style models, and they do not include any special software setup. They will have the Windows operating system installed, as well as all the drivers and utilities required for each model. The operating system will be in the Out of Box Experience mode (Internally we call it the OPK mode, for OEM Preinstallation Kit) which means when you boot up the computer, you will need to setup certain Windows settings just like you would if you were purchasing from any other store or company. You will need to run all of your Windows updates, install your Anti Virus software and other applications yourself. You will get a users Manual on the drivers disc that will be included in the shipment. It's a basic notebook compupter, with the same quality that you are used to getting in a Quantum Computer, only without the higher specs and price.
