If you purchased the Professional Package from The Quantum Alliance, then this notebook computer will be included in your order with The Quantum Alliance. In other words, TQA gives this computer to you as a gift for purchasing their Professional Package. This included notebook computer consists only of the base specifications below. All additional options and upgrades that you select will be at an additional charge. See the bottom section of this page for more details.
This notebook has what MSI calls a "Spanglish" Keyboard (Spanish and English). Since we at Quantum Computers do not speak Spanish, we set up the software in the best way we can. To give you the details of this briefly, we set up the Windows Operating System in English, then we use the English version of Windows and set up the Language bar so you can change it to Spanish. Much of the software we install does not have Spanish versions, the ones that do will get installed in their Spanish Versions, such as Adobe Reader, OpenOffice and Nero. We do the best we can in this regard, we will improve this feature as time goes by. Spanish is new to us, so please be patient as we learn how to develop our Spanish line of notebook computers. Eventually we will create a Language Translator for our website....but that might take a little time. Additional upgrades are at additional costs as noted below.

Our standard shipping procedure for all Notebooks in the USA is FedEx 2 day delivery service, (in some areas this is Ground Service in other areas it is Express Air Service).
For orders shipping into Canada, we use FedEx International Economy once the order is prepared for shipment. In most cases this is a 2 to 3 day delivery. All notebook orders processed from The Quantum Alliance that have a final destination in Canada, go to The Quantum Alliance, Inc., in Calgary first and then they are individually dispersed from the Calgary office.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. We cannot control what happens to the shipment once it leaves our facility on FedEx delivery vehicles and/or as a shipment goes through International Customs Departments. There may be delays beyond our control.
